Incredibly friendly staff, haven't encountered such welcoming people in ages. Excellent location, right in front of a metro station. Convenient parking slot for a few cars, with staff assistance. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket and metro station nearby. Reception open 24/7 with helpful staff available at all times.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. They were very good too ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and transportation options. We were able to explore the city easily and make the most of our time during the Christmas holidays. we appreciated the complimentary bottle of water provided daily, a nice touch.
There were a couple of drawbacks. The bed was quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better as it was just in front of the metro station on the red line.
